Maximum recommended emission rate

This tool allows to estimate the maximum recommended odour emission rate from a stack. It also takes into account, in a simplified way, the height of the terrain surrounding the stack, or a nearby building within a radius of ten stack heights.
This procedure can be applied to simple situations, while complex orography and/or the presence of many buildings require to carry out a dispersion modelling study.
